Where do I find the model/serial number of my machine? Model and serial numbers are printed on a label, which is usually located on the back or on the base of the unit.
The Main Parts Of A Vacuum Pump
We have the electrical motor on the back, the compressor at the front, a handle on top and a support base on the bottom. We then have an inlet which connects to the system to remove the air from the system and we also have the exhaust to disperse this to atmosphere.
Essentially, the system is comprised of four main components: the main vacuum unit, pipes and inlets, a vacuum hose, and cleaning tools. The vacuum hose and cleaning tools are what you – the consumer – will most directly interact with. They`re pretty familiar and work just as they would on any vacuum cleaner.
Your machine comes with two filters. To locate the Pre-Motor filter, press the tank release button and remove the dirt tank. To access the filter, press the Filter Button found on the front of the tank and remove the foam filter from the tray. The pre-motor filter can be hand washed in warm water.
The colored light represents an indoor air quality indication of which can be blue/good, yellow/moderate, and red/poor. The number ranges as your air quality decreases are blue: 002 – 099, yellow 100 – 274, and red 275 – 999.
The suction motor creates vacuum pressure and suction by rotating a motor fan. The impeller rotates at an incredibly high speed of about 30,000 to 35,000 RPM. A suction motor`s power is measured by multiplying the rate of air flow and the vacuum pressure, which induces air flow from the brush through the hose.
Locate the brush reset button on the lower back right of the vacuum. Press the button to reset the brushroll To ensure the brush has been reset, plug the vacuum back into the electrical outlet.
Agilent vacuum pump isolation (VPI) valves are inlet protection valves that electrically connect with the mechanical pump. The valves close rapidly when power is interrupted to prevent oil backstreaming or particle migration into the vacuum system.
32mm is the most common size used for vacuum cleaners, ducted vacuum cleaners and backpack vacuum cleaners. However some less common sizes are 35mm, 36mm or 38mm. The best way to find out what size will fit your vacuum cleaner is to measure the INTERNAL diameter of one of your old vacuum cleaner tools.
This airflow is created by the vacuum motor, which also may be referred to as the suction motor. The vacuum motor consists of electrical components attached to a fan or multiple fans.
The first, and arguably most important, part of the vacuum cleaner is the suction motor. This is what creates the vacuum pressure and suction power by utilizing a rotating motor fan.
vacuum, space in which there is no matter or in which the pressure is so low that any particles in the space do not affect any processes being carried on there. It is a condition well below normal atmospheric pressure and is measured in units of pressure (the pascal).
To access the post-motor filter, remove the filter tray located beneath the Easy Empty dirt tank. Push the filter through the bottom of the tray to remove it. To remove light dust and debris, gently tap the filter on the side of a waste basket.
In Line Filter Assembly (includes Cap & Filter) for ProHeat 2X Upright Carpet Cleaners (equipped with In Line Filters) and Lift-Off Upright Carpet Cleaners. Fits in the top portion of the foot of the Carpet Cleaner, under where the Dirty Water Tank sits on the foot.
The Post-Motor Filter is located on the bottom of where your tank sits. Twist the filter counter-clockwise to remove. And pull straight up and out. Do NOT wash the pleated filter, simply tap the filter in the trash to get rid of any dust or debris.
QuickSteamer® Using the marks on the inside of the formula cap, add 1.5 oz of BISSELL 2X formula to the Clean Water/Solution tank. Hold the tank so the top is level and use a permanent marker to mark a new BISSELL 2X Formula fill line.
Add 2 oz of BISSELL 2X Formula to the tank Measure 4 oz (2 capfuls) and pour into tank. Fill the clean water/solution tank with hot (not boiling) tap water to the WATER fill line Add formula to the indicated fill line (approximately 0.5 oz) on the solution tank.
Your dirty water tank may not be secured tightly. Check the rubber tab on the dirty water tank and press firmly on all edges to secure it tightly. The accessory hose door also needs to be closed securely. Check the door and make sure it is locked in place.
Locate the brush reset button on the lower back right of the vacuum. Press the button to reset the brushroll To ensure the brush has been reset, plug the vacuum back into the electrical outlet.
Check that the vacuum cleaner is plugged into a working power outlet and that fuses and breakers don`t need resetting. An activated thermal cut-out due to a blockage is the next most likely cause of the problem. Check for blockages in the hose and filters, and remove any obstructions that you find.
