I have cleaned it and made sure that nothing was stopped up. But I find if I remove the beater/brush bar and belt it returns back to its normal sound.\015

I have bissell powerforce turbo bagless upright vacuum. Its a great machine. It is clogged though. I think I was not emptying the dirt collection tray thing enough. How can I unclog it.
