Fill clean water tank with hot water to top water fill line. Remove clear cap and foil from bottle of formula and insert onto gasket of clean water tank. Squeeze bottle until the easy fill line on the tank is reached.
ProHeat® Using the marks on the inside of the formula cap, add 7 oz of BISSELL 2X formula to tank. Add water to the tank until you reach the original formula fill line.

ANSWER : I just disassembled my Proheat unit and found that there was calcium buildup in the lines. I had to remember how the hoses went when I reassembled it. If you are not comfortable doing this, I suggest you take it to a repair shop. It is worth checking these plastic lines before you decide to set it on the curb of your street.
