If this doesn`t fix the problem, make sure the tank is assembled properly. To make sure they are both latched properly, pick the tank up by its handle.
Plug the PowerSteamer into a proper outlet and turn ON the Power switch. While pressing the trigger, slowly make several passes over the area to be cleaned. Caution: Do not overwet. Turn the machine Power switch OFF and let BISSELL Advanced Deep Cleaning Formula dissolve the tough soil for 1-2 minutes.
Check to make sure the Vacuum Suction Knob is turned towards “Floor Suction.” Or there could be large debris clogging the brush roll rotation. Your dirt container may not be seated properly or may be full. Press the Tank Release button and remove.
Locate the brush reset button on the lower back right of the vacuum. Press the button to reset the brushroll To ensure the brush has been reset, plug the vacuum back into the electrical outlet.
Turn off the PowerSteamer when finished and unplug. Remove the tank and open the lid. Clean the filter on the lid top with cool water and rinse out the upper and lower tanks. Reassemble the tanks in the unit once dry and store in a clean, dry place.

How do I put it back together I took it apart to clean it. Can’t get it back togather,, HELP!!!
ANSWER : Here is some videos that should help you

The back wheel came off and i went to put it back on and the other wheel that connects to the mechinism/gear height ajustment that goes up/down with a spring in it came off as well. i have been looking for a schematic to put it back together but cant find any.
ANSWER : You do not need schematics, it is fairly easy. Clean and lubricate the teeth on the inside of the front wheel shaft assembly. Insert the spring into small pedal and place the pedal designated opening on the Kirby front fan casing with teeth facing out. Then take the wheel shaft assembly and put it over those teeth and onto the fan casing. Use two clamps and 2 screws to attach the shaft to the fan case. Need any parts – go HERE.

I have a window fan with two fans in it & I cannot get the cover or back off so I can clean it. I* have taken all the screws out that I can get to , but there are two clamps that I can’t get off, I’m not sure why the clamps are there but they are on the side with the accordian extention. Please tell me how to get it apart – after 2 years it is really filthy!!

Thank you,
Janet

ANSWER : Remove all the screws, pry clips off that hold on the extensions, than fan will pull apart. The clips must be pried off. They will not break. Then remove screws holding in the fans and remove them as well. Fairly simple process.

I cant get the roller back in place
ANSWER : On the ends of the roller turn the ends and you will see some teeth ,the teeth are supposed to be aiming down.if its because of the belt, slip the belt over the roller then put the belt on the motor shaft first and pull the roller towards the front and slip it in the slots or you can put the roller with the belt on it and put the roller in its slots, then stretch the belt towards the moter shaft and if you can get part of the belt on then just turn the roller by hand towards the motor and the belt will walk its way onto the rest of the shaft
