Consumer Reviews On Dirt Devil Vacuum Cleaners

Consumers give high marks to some Dirt Devil models like the Breeze canister and the Featherlite bagged vacuum – where both get on average 4 out 5 stars based on over 200 ratings. That means that Dirt Devil has designed the perfect vacuum for the majority of home users.

No loss of suction

The biggest cause of vacuums losing suction are: full bag, clogged filters and obstructions in the air flow. Because of how cyclone based Hoover vacuums work, filters don`t get clogged, there`s no bag to overfill and obstructions aren`t present in the air flow.

Dyson DC01 upright vacuum cleaner, 1993. The Dual Cyclone was designed by James Dyson. Dyson realised that the bag in traditional vacuum cleaners became clogged very quickly so he set about inventing the revolutionary cyclone bagless cleaner which uses centrifugal force to lift dust and is far more efficient.
While bagless vacuums can be lighter, cheaper, and less hassle, it`s the bag vacuums that really trap and contain more dirt, and emptying them releases less dust into the air and back into your face.
It separates dirt particles and objects from very fine dust, using centrifugal forces. These are deposited into a transparent plastic cup. The vacuum bag remains empty for longer and only collects fine dust particles – lasting up to 20 times longer before cleaning is necessary.
Dirt Devil is here for you to get rid all of your dirt and dog hair before your friends get to the door. The brand has introduced numerous technologies and features to its products, such as cyclonic filtration, HEPA filters, and powerful motors.

The best vacuum ever constructed on Earth was done at CERN at reported to achieve a density of about 1000 atoms per cubic centimeter. While this is astonishingly low, it is still over 2 million times more dense than interstellar space!
Dyson Dual Cyclone™ – The world`s first vacuum cleaner technology with no bag and no loss of suction. Centrifugal forces in the Dyson cyclone throw dirt, dust and debris out of the airflow. Large debris stays in the bin and fine dust does not pass through to the filter.
The bottom line on Dyson Cyclone vacuum.
One of the benefits of bagless vacuum cleaners is their suction power. These vacuum cleaners don`t lose their suction often as compared to their bagged counterparts. Bagged vacuum cleaners tend to lose their suction as the bag starts filling. Even if they lose suction, these vacuum cleaners can find their clog easily.
Our machines are engineered with six layers of advanced whole machine filtration, which means that we capture 99.97% of microns as small as 0.3 microns. Our fully sealed system keeps dust in the machine, drawing the airflow through all six layers of filtration, expelling cleaner air into your home.
A self-emptying system provides a dock for the robot vacuum to rest in that not only charges the device, but also connects it to a series of vacuums that pull the dirt and debris out of the dustbin and into a much larger storage bin. Think of it like the bag on a traditional vacuum cleaner.
Dyson`s Dual Cyclone features double chamber cleaning technology, which optimises your vacuum`s suction and prevents dust from being blown back into the room. When dirt enters the Dual Cyclone tube, it`s swirled around at an immense speed by the first cyclone.

Bissell bagless sweeper sucks up dirt but will not put dirt in the canister cup. It will pickup until it clogs, then it will stop picking up dirt. It will really hold quite a bit of dirt before it stops completely up. Thanks for any help.
ANSWER : I had the same problem, called Bissell over 10 times! They send me 3 plastic inserts for the dirt chamber, not the problem. I solved it by throwing the Bissell away and buying a Eureka bagged vacuum, no more problems.
