Keurig model B40
How do I empty the resevoir , I can empty the cold watet tank. We are moving so need to completely empty all water.
ANSWER : Hi,

The water reservoir lifts out. There are two tabs on the side which lock it in place. You may have to pres on them to remove it. If you are wanting to completely empty the entire machine, I have found an instruction manual and have instructions for purging: Fill reservoir with clean water and replace on machine with lid on it. Raise and lower handle without K cup inserted. Wait for the red light next to “heating goes off.
The blue lights on the control center will begin flashing. Put a cup on the drip tray and press “Brew”

When finished, repeat brew procedure 2 or 3 times and inner tank should be empty.

Hope this helps, if it does, please place a vote for me.

Good luck with your move,

I am using a hoover ultra steam cleaner but the red ball keeps coming to the top . I assume this indicates it is full and ready to empty however it is still empty . The red ball will not stay down in order to operate properly
ANSWER :
.Thankyou,
.
. The redball indicates that it is full, that is due to the high resistence its suction system is inducing, because it is empty and it still stays up, I would try to turn the power settings a little lower, or it is experiencing high pressure from operation. Also, if you could adjust the bristles, or losen around the air vents. This should do the trick.
.Thankyou, 🙂

I’m using a steam vac for the first time, i wanted to know if the bottom piece that you empty out the dirty water has to have water in to use it. or is it suppose to be empty?it’s an upright hoover steamvac for heavy traffic areas and spot cleaning

Suction Problem I was vacuuming and stopped to empty the cannister. When I started vacuuming again – the suction wasn’t working properly. The vacuum was just pushing stuff around the floor. I cleaned the hair out the brush on the bottom and it still isn’t working. It was working fine before I emptied the tube 🙁 I can’t figure out what happened.Help!
ANSWER : Greetings from GoVacuum,
.
.I believe what may have happened is that your vacuum cleaner belt has either broken, or been stretched so far that ithe brushes are no longer spinning fast enough.
.
.Here’s what you should do to diagnose this problem.
.
.1. Take the suction hose out of the back of the vacuum (assuming that your vacuum has on-board tools), and see if you have any suction coming from the hose. If you do, this indicates your belt is bad.
.
.2. If you don’t have suction coming from the hose, then it may be something as simple as replacing the filters, to a clog in the vacuum, or to your motor going bad.
.
.In my professional opinion though I would say from what you stated that the belt is mostly likely going to be your issue. If you can provide me the model number of your vacuum cleaner, I can walk you through step by step on ow to replace the belt.
.
.I have posted a short YouTube video on a vacuum belt change, this is not for all vacuums, but it will give you some idea of how to change a belt;
