Clogged Hose

Check the Rotator Brush and Wheels Sometimes pieces of string or other objects get wrapped around your vacuum`s rotating brush or around the wheels of the vacuum. Unplug your vacuum. Turn it over and have a look at the wheels and brush. If you see any pieces of string or objects lodged there, remove them.

How Often to Clean a Bagless Vacuum. Give your bagless vacuum a thorough cleaning every six months, or more frequently if you`re a member of the frequent vacuumer club (having shedding pets automatically makes you a member!).
Don`t be tempted to reuse vacuum cleaner bags. Your motives may be pure, but your air won`t be, and your vacuum cleaner may bite the dust (pun intended) years before its time.
