ANSWER : SWITH OFF POWER AT SOCKET AND REMOVE

.REMOVE BOTTOM PLATE IF COMPETENT TO DO SO REMOVE ROLLER ASSEMBLY REMOVE ONE SIDE OF BEARING COVER AND SLIDE OUT AXLE CLEAN BOTH BEARING COVERS OF DUST AND DEBRIS ALASO FIRST CHECK FOR ITEMS JAMMING BELT OR ROLLERS REFIT.

ANSWER : More than likely the sole plate on the botom of the cleaner is plugged, take the bottom plate off and clean it out, also make sure your brush is clean and not full of hair. This is common on this vacuum
