Plug the PowerSteamer into a proper outlet and turn ON the Power switch. While pressing the trigger, slowly make several passes over the area to be cleaned. Caution: Do not overwet. Turn the machine Power switch OFF and let BISSELL Advanced Deep Cleaning Formula dissolve the tough soil for 1-2 minutes.

A possible cause might be that the tank is not properly seated. To assure the tank is seated properly, pick it up and re-seat is so it sits snugly on the unit. If this doesn`t fix the problem, make sure the tank is assembled properly. To make sure they are both latched properly, pick the tank up by its handle.
Fill clean water tank with hot water to top water fill line. Remove clear cap and foil from bottle of formula and insert onto gasket of clean water tank. Squeeze bottle until the easy fill line on the tank is reached.

ProHeat® Using the marks on the inside of the formula cap, add 7 oz of BISSELL 2X formula to tank. Add water to the tank until you reach the original formula fill line.
Step 3: Setup Your Carpet Cleaner
After you get out your carpet cleaner, fill the clean tank to the line with hot (not boiling) tap water. Hot water does a better job cleaning than cold but, if you boil it, you run the risk of melting parts of your carpet cleaner.
Add 2 oz of BISSELL 2X Formula to the tank Measure 4 oz (2 capfuls) and pour into tank. Fill the clean water/solution tank with hot (not boiling) tap water to the WATER fill line Add formula to the indicated fill line (approximately 0.5 oz) on the solution tank.
Hot Water Extraction Otherwise known as steam cleaning, this is easily the most common professional carpet cleaning technique. Only Use Water in the Reservoir With the exception of a few models that have dual functions, steam mops are typically designed to be used with water and nothing else. The steam alone does a great job of cleaning the floor. Always read the manual on your mop model thoroughly for complete use guidelines.
Steam cleaning uses actual steam and requires heating water to a high enough temperature to convert it from liquid to gas.
Just empty the water out of the tank after each use. Doing so will prevent leaking and extend the life of your filter.
Check to see if your clean water tank is empty. The clean water tank also may not be seated properly. The brush window could also not be latched into place. Turn off your machine and check to see if the brush window is secure.
You don`t have to use the Bissell solution, but it is optimized for use in their machines. This means it won`t streak, leave residue, need to be rinsed, or leave buildup in your machine.
Turn robot on to clean either using the BISSELL Connect App, or by pressing the Start/Pause button on the top of the Robot.
First insert the charging adapter plug into the charging port on the back of the machine. Now plug the adapter into a grounded outlet. The battery status indicator lights will illuminate when charging.
