I have a Bissell Pro 2x carpet cleaner. The water heats properly as well as spraying the cleaning product. However, when I go to suction the water from the carpets, the 2 in 1 water tank bladder works properly but there is no dirty water outside the bladder. I have only used this carpet cleaner ~ 5 times and in the beginning I had to empty the suctioned water quite frequently as it was dirty and it could not not hold any more water. I have a Bissel 9300-C 0714 BC Carpet Shampooer. It was working great and all of a sudden it stopped working. It still sucks up dirty water but it does not spray water onto the carpet. I can get it to spray water through the smallest hand attatchment but not through the large hand held piece on the base of the machine. I really hope you can help me, I am a dog groomer and I really need my machine to work properly. I can get it to spray water out of the smallest hand attatchment but

Water is not being discharged. I have filled the reservoir that holds the carpet cleaner fluid And I have filled the water container. I know how to use the cleaner, it has always worked, But now, no water is being discharged to the carpet. I turn it on, squeeze the trigger, but nothing comes out. The wheel that is suppose to spin (to indicate that water is being discharged) is not spinning. Everything else works. I.e. the suction works, and the hand held accessories work.

Suction button Although my Hoover Spin scrub is working perfecting dispensing the solution, when I go to suck up the solution from the carpet–I am having problems with the RED suction button that keeps popping up. I have to stop the cleaner and lift up the dirty water container to break the suction. Ive tried cleaning the netting that is encased around it, but still no luck.

Need instructions how to use Hoover Steam Vac Spin Scrub. I borrowed it from my Sister and she left it with no instruction book or letting me know how to operate it. I put water & cleaner in top tank. That’s all I know to do. Do I put any water in bottom tank? I figured not, since that is probably where the water goes when sucked up by vac. Suction Problem I just borrowed the Hoover Steam Vac Deluxe w/ 5 brush agitator from my neighbor and it worked ok for the first few minutes, although the suction would stop and go. When I had enough water to dump I did it and when I put it back on it no longer sucked the water up from the carpet. She admits to having it for 15 years, but why did it have to break on me. Makes me look as though I did it!

My carpet cleaner (bissell proheat plus) is not steaming, dispensing cleaner. Seems like there’s a little thingy that should be spinning or turning….. When I work a small area of carpet, it just leaves behind dry blobs of carpet gunk like pet hair. I had to use a carpet sweeper to clean up. FYI – I filled the cleaning fluid container and after trying to clean the carpet, it did empty out but the carpet isn’t wet. Any tips? The manual doesn’t help.

Carpet vacuum attachment quit working after sucking up a bedskirt. Bedskirt has been removed but carpet attachment will not work. My old vacuum had a reset button on the carpet attachment for use when the carpet attachment sucked up something and turned off. Does the Hoover have such a feature, and, if so, where is it? If not, how do I fix the problem and how do I keep it from recurring? Model # S3765-040. Serial # 100700081298. Purchased 2/08.
