If something is blocking that bin release, you should be able to remove it. If the release is still stuck, try pressing and holding that release for a few seconds. Sometimes the release just needs a little help or a bit more force to get started. Another tip to try; gently press and release the bin release a few times.
Often spacewalks are done with two spacewalkers and there is continuous communication. So if someone is having a problem, hopefully the other can go get them and bring them in.” Vacuums are indeed lethal: Under extremely low pressure air trapped in the lungs expands, tearing the tender gas-exchange tissues.

Simply turn your vacuum head over, place the hook under anything that`s caught up and pull, making sure to follow the line of bristles. Once cut, you should be able to easily pull the hair away from the brush. Depending on the size of your vacuum cleaner head, you may need to make more than one pass.

10 seconds of exposure to the vacuum of space would force the water in their skin and blood to vaporize, while their body expanded outward like a balloon being filled with air. Their lungs would collapse, and after 30 seconds they would be paralyzed—if they weren`t already dead by this point.
If you do die in space, your body will not decompose in the normal way, since there is no oxygen. If you were near a source of heat, your body would mummify; if you were not, it would freeze. If your body was sealed in a space suit, it would decompose, but only for as long as the oxygen lasted.
Vacuum pump removes oxygen from the vacuum chamber including the oxygen inside the bag. The pressure in the chamber is now lower in the chamber than outside.
250 microns for 4 hours standing is a OEM standard any thing above this or up to 4500 is moisture, above 5000 you have a leak. Pulling a vacuum over night is no better than a properly pulled vaccum that`s done in a matter of hours (providing you get down and hold a certain level of microns).
The most common problems found in vacuum cleaners are low suction force, excessive noise, burning smell, vacuum not turn on, and overheating. These issues can be fixed by either cleaning the device or replacing some parts of the device. At times, it is best to seek a professional to fix the cleaner effectively.

Roomba keeps saying clean brushes yet are clean!
ANSWER : Make sure you take off the little cap at the end (the one that spins — just grab it and pull it straight off) and clean under it too. The rest of the brush may look perfectly clean but what happens is that hair gets stuck under spinning cap and, like a slowly growing washer, it pushes the whole brush toward the gear box. When it gets pushed over enough, the large yellow ring starts to rub against the side of the brush deck making it harder for the motor to turn the brush and you get that “remove and clean brushes” message.

I have a window fan with two fans in it & I cannot get the cover or back off so I can clean it. I* have taken all the screws out that I can get to , but there are two clamps that I can’t get off, I’m not sure why the clamps are there but they are on the side with the accordian extention. Please tell me how to get it apart – after 2 years it is really filthy!!

Thank you,
Janet

ANSWER : Remove all the screws, pry clips off that hold on the extensions, than fan will pull apart. The clips must be pried off. They will not break. Then remove screws holding in the fans and remove them as well. Fairly simple process.

Roomba Discovery Roomba is fully charged and cleaned with sensor wiped clean. When turned on it it sounds normal and commences to go, but it then acts like it is putting on the breaks, spins, tries to go and manages a short distance and breaks again, just not making any progress because it keeps breaking after a foot or so and turns and tries again. Sometimes is gets so stuck from moving forward at all, like it is stuck in one spot just trying to go while seemingly surrounded by barriers. Somet
ANSWER : I had the same back-up, turn, move forward a couple inches, backup-up, etc. problem. Try cleaning/cutting the hair, etc. out from around the brushes, as well as around the ends of the brushes. Also, try a Q-tip to clean out the four pair of sensors (on my Roomba there are four pairs of little lenses under the bottom of the bumper) that (apparently) can cause the Roomba to think it is going over a cliff so it backs up. I didn’t have a can of compressed air, so I turned it over on the grass and went after it with a leaf blower..up close. Lots of dust came out and it has worked fine since.

ANSWER : Hello,
.
.Here’s a link to a very helpful video that shows you step by step on how to access and replace the belt on your machine. When the brushes stop spinning, but the rest of the machine works fine, this is a tell-tale sign that your belt has gone bad.

I have the dyson animal. There is something stuck in the wand tube and everyting is getting caught on it. There is very little suction from the wand. How do I get the wand apart or somehow get the object stuck out of the tube? Thanks
ANSWER : Yes, things stuck in vacuum hoses are not always as easy to remove as one might think. Trying to push it out with something can be counter-productive, and only get the thing stuck tighter! If you have a second vacuum, you can try sucking it out the way it came in (and risk getting it stuck in the other machine. Or you can try pulling it out, using a wooden stick with a small hook screwed in the end. If you try a piece of bent wire, you must be careful not to perforate the hose. Usually just requires a bit of ingenuity.

Roomba Discovery My Roomba turns on and moves but the brushes won’t turn. Someone told me that I had forgotten to put in the yellow and black end bearings, but I did. Help, I miss my Roomba
I have a Roomba 530, I have had it for 2 weeks and really loved it. I have followed all the cleaning instructions etc.. Then the Roomba wanted it’s brushes cleaning “please clean Roombas brushes” So thinking that something was stuck I removed and cleaned the brushes, (yellow tabs on and in place by the way)
ANSWER : I read somewhere that you need to clear the software in case there is a glitch. To do this, take the battery out and then, simultaneously hold down the “spot” and “clean” buttons for 30 seconds. Replace battery. This has worked for my Discovery model.

I can’t get the vacuum to **** and can’t get to the point of the clog. The pieces don’t come off. Also need to know how to get the filter piece off the machine.
