I have a Bissel 9300-C 0714 BC Carpet Shampooer. It was working great and all of a sudden it stopped working. It still sucks up dirty water but it does not spray water onto the carpet. I broke the handle part of the shark steamer #53101. I don’t have the book to try to tell you the parts I need. Can you send me a picture or a copy of the steamer. It is purple. The above number may not be the correct one. It is broken in the center part. It has a little small circular piece that joins the two pieces which are broken. I want to recharge my Philips PET741 D/05 portable DVD Player. But when I push the plug into the charging point on the side of the player,at one point, as the plug goes in, there is a quick flash of red – but no more. The red charging light does not light up, and the player does not charge. The plug cannot be held at the point where the sudden momentary flash takes place
ANSWER : 1.With the AC power unit plugged in to the wall plug into your dvd player and wiggle it a little bit and see if the light goes on or off. If so the the power port is bad. .2.Try a different wall outlet to see if it helps..3.Ensure there are no cuts or rips in the power cord. .4.If you have done the following steps and the cord looks good it may be your battery on the dvd player itself..5.If the battery is defective you may need to purchase a new one, keep in mind you may need to purchase another dvd player if you are unable to locate the battery seperatly..6.I would suggest contacting the manufacture and see if you could get just the battery. My shark professional steamer plug gets extremely hot. Is that normal?
ANSWER : No it should not get hot undo the plug and check if the wirers are conected tight one of the main causes is loose wires, have you tried a differant outlet.
