Kirby Generation 3 Bagged Upright Vacuum\015 I have seen others use their kirby sentria shampoo system and it puts out loads of suds where as mine just puts out a little soapy water. I have the switch all the way on and the green arrows are lined up on the front. I am moving slowly while running the kirby but nothing seems to work. when i bought this thing they used it once for me and it had loads of suds but i’ve never been able to get it to work right. ANSWER : Make sure u put the exact/right instructed amount of soap in the tank…..after each room, wash & clean tank filter. open tank all the way…..pull back slowly. if too much foam…adjust tank knob.

Kirby Sentria I bought my kirby sentria just before we were to move house and although I have the instructions somewhere, they will be boxed up and I so want to clean the carpets before I move. Problem is that I don’t know whether the belt should be on or off when using the big silver front with the Kirby insignia on it. Kirby Seems like you know alot about the Kirby. I know how to use my Sentria (unlike these other idiots) but I keep screwing up the shampoo tray assembly. The brush snaps into the tray just fine but the tray doesn’t really stick to the head. It detaches when pushing and pulling the unit. And who knows where that cover goes? It say ‘push here to open’

ANSWER : When you replace the outer bag assembly, you have to make sure that it is turned clockwise untill it fully stops. There is a small switch on body of the Kirby that is only engaged when the bag assembly is installed correctly
