Locate the u-bend cover, press the yellow release button, and look for any possible blockages. These blockages may be preventing the machine from locking in its upright position as well as reclining when already locked.
If you are using the appropriate Dyson vacuum to clean your dog`s hair, but it is not still picking up the dirt, you need to check its roller. Since the vacuum is being often used, it is just normal that dirt, dog hair, and other things will be stuck there.
By letting the battery run down to empty at least once a month, you`ll help to prolong its life.
Turn the unit on and feel the suction at the end of the hose handle. If there is no or low suction, then the clog is in the hose. You can remove the clog by running a long, stiff object through the hose, such as a butter knife, starting at the wall end.

We would recommend checking it for a blockage and a removing any hair or fibres from the brush bar.
As the brush bar relies on the suction power of your machine, it would be worth cleaning the filter and checking for blockages as this may cause a loss of suction will in turn stop the brush bar in the Mini Turbine head turning.
