Locate the u-bend cover, press the yellow release button, and look for any possible blockages. These blockages may be preventing the machine from locking in its upright position as well as reclining when already locked. See below link for visual guides.
Press and hold the `Standby ON/OFF` button on the purifier for longer than 20 seconds. The WiFi symbol will flash alternately between white and green to indicate that your network setting shave been removed.
Dyson fan heaters and hot and cool purifiers have a positive safety feature where the machine deliberately switches off after 9 hours of continuous heating. This would also occur if the machine is set to auto and providing heat constantly for 9 hours.
