Hot water loosens and softens dirt more quickly, making it easier to remove, and it also helps to kill bacteria. That`s why we recommend filling up your carpet cleaner`s tank with warm water. Turn robot on to clean either using the BISSELL Connect App, or by pressing the Start/Pause button on the top of the Robot.
Make sure the Clean Water Tank is seated correctly on the machine. If it isn`t, turn off and unplug your machine, remove and reseat the tank until it clicks into place. This is also a good time to check for cracks or leaks in the tank. If it`s damaged, a replacement can be ordered on BISSELL.com.
Check your hose for any cracks or holes that can cause loss of suction. You may also have a clog in the lower hose. Pull down and at an angle to disconnect. A clog in the main hose could also be the problem.
To use a steamer, fill its water tank with cool water. Then, check to make sure all parts of the machine are connected and in place. Plug the machine in and simply wait for it to heat. Once it`s hot, you`re all set to get steaming.
The spray tip may be clogged. Use a paperclip and insert it into the spray tip to remove a clog. Now plug back in, making sure you are using a working outlet. You will know, as the Ready light will begin to blink when plugged in.
Heat builds up very quickly—a few seconds with some models. If the steam mop is left in one spot for too long, it can apply too much steam and heat to a small area and possibly damage the flooring.

Hello, I just bought a Bissell Powergroom (model 92L3-W) vacuum and a Bissell Proheat Pet (model 8910-3) deep cleaner and I love them both.
