The Bissell Proheat 2X doesn’t release the solution. I have cleaned everything I can see and understand there is a filter somewhere. Would like to know if that would even help… ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED! No men around just us girls and we have NO idea how to fix it!! Thanks-Cheri

I just received my Hepa filter in the mail today. Product #XSH621 – Hepa filter for EP619 & EP621 :005-04 When bought my vacumn, I was told that the filters were free and all I do is pay Postage. Today I received one filter and it lookes like I got charged the postage for two filters. The packages slips: One stated order #11152282 The other order # 1151940 If I get charged for two I expect to receive two. Can you help me with this matter or where can I go to get resolution. I had used Dyson DC08 to **** out a wet car carpet. A few days later when using the V/C, there was a burning smell. Subsequently I washed the flexible hose, changed the pre-filter and post filter , but I wrongly put the pre-filter in the spot for the post filter. When the V/C was next used, there was again a burning smell and sparks. The filters were switched, but the V/C would not re-start.
What shall I do?

I have a 350E memory craft and I would like to know how to register a new USB or PC Card so I can use the pattern. Also would like to know how I can download patterns on to my Laptop.

...First you need to format the USB..Important: You memory stick USB is less than 1 GB. (The one that came in the package)..

  • Put the USB stick ito your machine and using the set key,

    • .

  • Page through using the bottom arrow key – you will come to format ( this is also in your manual )

    • .

  • Select the USB memory stick – and wait until it formats, this could take 1 – 5 minutes.

    • .

  • Once formatted, you can copy the designs from the computer to the memory stick.

    • .

  • Put your free embroidery designs (example Winnie Pooh free embroidery logo) in the EMB5folder and they should show up on your Janome 350E.

.Note: If you see the EmbF5 then it has already been formatted by the Janome. ..

  • Go back to your computer and click on that folder.

    • .

  • You will see ANOTHER sub-folder called Design (or My Designs, or something similar).

    • .

  • That is where you will need to copy over your embroidery files.

    • .

  • Then put the USB back into the Janome 350E sewing-embroidery machine and and they should show up.

    • .

  • Don’t put more than 6 designs on the USB at any one time or it will take forever to load.

    • .

  • If you don’t see the one that you want, then hit the “next page” icon on the Janome screen.

    • .

  • Make sure the USB stick isn’t too large, otherwise it will not be recognized or shows a poor performance.

It’s been awhile since I have used my shampoo system on my Ultimate G series Kirby. Well, as instructed I took it apart and cleaned it. Now I can?t figure out where to put the ?screen cap? and ?sponge filter?. I have my manual in front of me and the only place it shows the filter and sponge (page 35 in the manual) is when it?s been taken apart to clean. It doesn?t show where to put it back. I don?t know what I would do without all the pictures in the Kirby manual. HELP! Thanx. Visual Kirby Vacuu
