Unplug device, remove tanks and flip it over. Check the clear plastic floor nozzles for debris. If they are dirty, unscrew the two screws next to them to remove the nozzle and clean with warm water. Check the suction holes where the nozzles were for any debris and clean them out.
Remove the Tough Stain Brush from the back of the unit, then attach it onto the grip of the hose. Press the spray trigger button to spray the soiled area, then slowly move tool back and forth over the area. Release the trigger to suck up the dirty solution. Work in small sections until the area is clean.
If you still have reduced or no spray it might mean the pump has lost its prime. To fix this, turn the power off and then back on. Wait for one minute, then depress the trigger.
Your dirty water tank may not be secured tightly. Check the rubber tab on the dirty water tank and press firmly on all edges to secure it tightly. The accessory hose door also needs to be closed securely. Check the door and make sure it is locked in place.

My Kirby G3 paint attachment isn’t spraying the paint. I have everything hooked up according to the manual, and it sprays a continuous stream of air, but isn’t sucking up the paint to spray. Sometimes I can get short spurt when I point the unit directly down, but i can’t get a continuous spray.
ANSWER : Mcdevito75 here, Sounds like it”s cogged with paint, the paint is not being sucked up into the Spray gun itself, the air flows thru thr spray gun thru the trigger assembly. Follow the makers cleaning of the spray section of the spray gun. Try running paint thinner thru the spray system. Hpope this helps.

Wont spray i have the machine connected correctly but it wont spray water?
ANSWER : Did you press the trigger? If so, does it make any noise or does it not respond at all? If it does make noise, but won’t spray, it could be a clog. Go to the vac shop to have it removed if you don’t know how to take it apart yourself (I wouldn’t risk it)

My carpet cleaner will not spray. Maybe a little thru the tool but not enough pressure to SPRAY
ANSWER : Thanks to many others who have posted on similar problems — water.and/or solution sprays through the handheld tools, but not through the.main machine.
As others have suggested, I removed the water.reservoir, which exposes the 2 main water sprays mounted above the.rollers. Using, pliers, I carefully slid the clips back. Gently but.firmly removed the two red nozzles.
Elsewhere I have read.suggestions to just do one nozzle at a time. However, I found out that.if you remove both red nozzles, you can then blow through one side and.it will come out the other. In my case, that dislodged a nice.collection of crystal-like chunks (guessing it may be crystallized.residue from the cleaning solution).
There was also a bit of.blockage in one of the red nozzles, which I cleaned out. Make sure you.can blow through both of them with little resistance.
Reassemble:.Push red nozzles back into hoses. Using pliers, reposition sprung clip.back over the red nozzle. Snap nozzles back into place. Refill tanks.and power it up.
In my case, that resolved the problem of no sprays from the main machine. Sprays like new now. Hope yours does too!!
p.s. Make sure you do give it about a minute after you turn it on before you try spraying. If the pump is not allowed sufficient time to prime, you may not get proper flow.
