No suction on my Dyson dc33.
\015 Starting to think a made a bad purchase. I have been trying to figure out why my DC 33 simply stopped working after only a year. I get no suction when vacuuming carpets. The wand works great. However when I try to vacuum carpet I get a rattling noise. I've checked all the hoses and removed all the debris from the brush to no avail. Machine is set to carpet as well. Is there a right or wrong way to put the brush back in place? This doesn't seem like rocket science. Belt looks good. For what I can tell, brush looks good. Where's the rattle coming from.
