\015 I think I can service this myself as far as cleaning the parts, but I just can’t figure out how to get to the fan. I suspect that’s where the noise is coming from. I used to be able to vacuum and talk on the phone at the same time, it was so quiet. Now it’s so loud, all the kids run the instant I turn it on. \015 I recently used my vaccum cleaner and accidently ran over a cord. I took the agitator off an removed the cord that was wrapped around the agitator, well now my agitator won’t spin however the vaccum comes on but their is not suction.. ..Ps. once i ran over the cord, and shut off my vaccum cleaner, the back of my vaccum cleaner had a burning smell and smoke came out...Please help\015 – Hoover U8145-900 Savvy Bagless Upright Cyclonic Vacuum

\015 My hoover Savvy vacuum is no longer sucking up the dust. The motor is not running when the handle is up, but the belt drive works when the handle is down. Is it the switch? something else?
