\015 Brush wont turn until you push the handle way down towards the floor and at that point i think it turns because the front of the vac is off the ground. saw the self propel cable was detached from the lower unit so I pushed the wire holder back into the slot shapped like a “c”. now the self propel works but that doesnt until the brush turns. i changed the v belt, didnt fix anything. i am going to order the flat belt and a new brush, does anyone think the flat belt is the issue? unit is about 4 yrs old. appreciate any help.\015 – Hoover Ultra U6430-900 WindTunnel Bagged Upright Vacuum
