Panasonic MC-E583 Bagged Upright Vacuum

\015 Hoover has basic suction (can feel it at end of hose) but not enough to carry dirt all the\302\240\011way to the bag. Not enough to inflate bag in housing either..Have cleaned all filters..Recently replaced drive belt.
