.I believe all the DYSONs come with the option of both motors and you cannot really tell which motor you have until you take the thing to bits. You also cannot change motors without changing various other parts on the hoover. On my DC 05 the writing on the YDK motor tells you which one it is.

.Low suction, poor pickup, or no suction may be due to a clog in the vacuum cleaner. If you notice a change in the sound of the motor or a reduction in the spinning action in the Dirt Container, check for clogs. Unplug cleaner from electrical outlet. Empty Dirt Container. Check Upper Tank and Louvers for build up or clogs. Check to make sure Louvers are installed correctly. To unlock the Louvers, grasp the rim and turn toward the left. Pull straight down to remove. If the Louvers are missing or not locked into place, check and clear the tube in the center of the Dirt Container. Remove the Twist ‘n Snap Hose from the vacuum by turning to the left. Check the Suction Inlet, Hose and Hose Wand for clogs. Remove any clogs from the hose using a long, narrow object. Check the Foot Hose for clogs. If needed, remove the screw attaching the Hose Wand Base to the vacuum. Straighten the Foot Hose and unclog with a long, narrow object. If the clog persists, then check the Rotating Floor Brush the Air Passageway for obstructions.

I am ready to buy a new vacuum, but it does do a great job picking up hair…until it clogs. It clogs at top of hose. Could the hose be kinked? It does not look like it.
I purchased a new Haier Dehumidifier 2 years ago. I believe this is the third season and it had been working great. Very quite and on humid day’s, I have to empty it every 10-12 hrs. Two day’s ago it just stopped working, no indicator lights. I plugged it into another outlet to be sure with the same result. I believe it is either the bucket switch or main switch. What do you think and where can I get parts. I live in MA.
.You can get the fuse, main switch and bucket switch in any electrical store around you...
.Take care
Make sure the bowl has the pin on it. The Vacuum has switch in the bottom that keeps the Vacuum from running if the bowl in not on or the little pin is broken off.
