You may have stalled the brush motor. To reset, turn off and unplug, then plug back in and turn on. The brush roll may have lodged debris or other entanglements keeping the brush from rotating. To fix, you`ll need to remove the brush roll to inspect.
Liftoff is a cleanroom process used for applying a patterned thin film on your substrate surface. Liftoff is done by performing photolithography on your wafer before performing a deposition (such as sputtering) and then removing the photoresist with a chemical etch.
First, check that the cord is properly connected to the vacuum cleaner (again, this is surprisingly easy to overlook) and that there are no splits in the rubber. If the cord is damaged, it will need immediately repairing or replacing. The on/off switch can break over time and need replacing.
Check for a plugged hose:
Plugged vacuum hoses are sometimes the reason for a loss in suction. Hoses can get clogged with hair, dust bunnies, string, or anything else that can`t pass through the other end of the hose. Airways inside the machine should be looked at as well. Wherever there is an air passage, check it.

Locate the brush reset button on the lower back right of the vacuum. Press the button to reset the brushroll To ensure the brush has been reset, plug the vacuum back into the electrical outlet.
The main benefit of lift-off is the ability to pattern a wide variety of materials, especially inert and hard to etch metals. It also avoids damage and compatibility issues that can arise with etching.

Overheating usually occurs because the dust bag has not been emptied, filter has not been cleaned or there is a blockage in the floor tool, wand or bent hand piece. If your vacuum shuts down unexpectedly, make sure you turn the vacuum off and unplug it from the wall socket.
There may be blockages in the wand or main body creating a weak suction. Detach the main body and the cleaner head from the wand to separately examine them for any obstructions. Looking through both ends of the wand, check for any light coming through and if none is present, a blockage may need to be removed.

Takeoff roll (ground roll) is the portion of the takeoff procedure during which the airplane is accelerated from a standstill to an airspeed that provides sufficient lift for it to become airborne. Lift-off is when the wings are lifting the weight of the airplane off the surface.
In a gas lift-off seal the faces are not in contact while the machine is running, resulting in little to no wear of the faces. They are separated by a thin gas film (flow). The proper equipment and correct operation of these seals and the equipment is necessary for good seal life.
