Error nine (9) means your s Series Roomba bumper is stuck and is not moving freely. Your robot may exhibit behavior such as backing up or spinning in an unexpected manner. Briskly tap the Bumper several times to dislodge any debris that may be trapped underneath, and then press CLEAN to restart.
The Roomba® j series robots utilize a front-facing camera and a front-facing LED, allowing the robot to accurately see and avoid objects on the floor during a cleaning run. The camera uses the front-facing LED to view objects on the floor better, but is not bright enough to allow the robot to run in the dark.
Roomba® can also learn your home as it cleans. It typically takes three (3) to five (5) cleaning missions or Mapping Runs to generate a fully developed Imprint™ Smart Map that you can then customize and use.
Roomba® uses Dirt Detect™ Technology that allows it to focus its cleaning effort in dirtier areas. When your robot finds more dirt than usual concentrated in one (1) area, it will activate Dirt Detect™ and work harder to clean the same area until the sensors detect fewer dirt particles in that particular area.
Clean the dock`s charing contacts
If the contacts get too dirty, the vacuum will have a tough time getting a solid charging connection, and it may be unable to dock as a result. The best way to clean the Roomba`s charging contacts is with a damp melamine foam, like Mr. Clean`s Magic Eraser.
Your robot probably has optical sensors, which require ambient light to operate. If you find that your vacuum is getting stuck a lot, don`t schedule your cleanings at night. Try 9 am, just after you leave for work (unless you`re working from home).
A traditional, standard vacuum uses around 1.4kWh of power per hour; the humble robot charges on about 60-90 watts (over three hours), with one charge fuelling roughly an hour of cleaning. It`s a no brainer! However, it`s just not as simple as all that.
Robot floor vacuums take around 30-45 minutes to efficiently clean a medium-sized room. However, the cleaning time can vary depending on the size of the room, level of clutter, type of flooring, and suction power of the vacuum.

Bissell Power Steamer Pro Deluxe will not move forward
ANSWER : Tip unit back to lift brushes off floor and roll forward until over carpet edge. tip back unit to sit flush on carpet and unlock handle so it swings freely. now pull backwards ith finger on spray trigger. that’s how it works, not by pushing forwad.

I just got this euro pro shark steam mop. I dont have a manual for it so i dont know much about it. I put water in it and it heats up but when you start to use it. It makes a gurgling kind of sound and steam comes out, but not very much i dont think and on the floor you can't hardly tell where you went over the floor at cuz it's not very wet at all. So is it suppose to make a gurgling sound and should'nt the floor be alittle wetter?

I have a Series 90L Wet /Dry vac.The “on/off” buttons will not move. The switch is fine–I opened it up and tried the switch directly, and it works. I put the top bnack on, and the “on/off” buttons will not move. They do move freely when the top is off. What do I do now???

I have a Kirby G5 vacuum that when light pressure is put on the handle it moves forward but in a jerky movement. Like the drive is engaging and disengaging. If you keep forward pressure on the handle the jerkiness does not happen. Is there an adjustment to correct this.
ANSWER : I hope adjusting position of the position of the “pivot spring assembly” will help. but you may have to disassemble entire slide assembly to clean it up if it still does not work smoothly. See instructions HERE (adjustment is explained in step #6). Try to “play” with screws #4 and if it does not help – clean slid.
