The Cool-Tech 34288 combines simple operation with superior accuracy. It recovers, recycles, evacuates, and recharges R-134A quickly and accurately.
Ideal A/C machine for recovery, recycling, evacuation and recharging both standard and high-voltage R134a A/C systems. The 34788NI-H offers unparalleled efficiency for standard and high-voltage A/C systems with 98.5% efficiency.
Recover, recycle, evacuate and recharge R-12, R-134a, R-22, R-404A, R-407C, R-452A**, R-448A**, R-449A** and many other medium-pressure and high-pressure refrigerant blends.
Recycle Refrigerant

It is OK to put clean, recovered refrigerant back into the same system, as long as it was cleaned by passing it through a filter drier. Clean, recovered refrigerant can also be put into another system owned by the same owner (in multifamily this usually means a different unit at the same property).

Robinair High Performance Vacuum Pumps

Your pump has been engineered specifically for air conditioning and refrigeration service, and is built with Robinair`s proven offset rotary vane for fast, thorough evacuation.

The shelf life of Freon™ 134a is at least 10 years under normal storage conditions. – Cylinders should be stored in a clean, dry location that is out of direct sunlight.
That`s because refrigerant simply does not go bad or expire. As long as the cylinder or can is fully sealed (no leaks) and the valve is not open or broken, refrigerant will last in its container indefinitely.
According to Qi et al. [38], the cooling capacity of an R1234yf refrigeration system was approximately 7.7–10.6% lower than that of an R134a system.
SAE Manufacturing Specialties Corp

Manufacturer of R-134a (Tetrafluoroethane) refrigerant.

In 1901, American inventor Willis H. Carrier built what is considered the first modern electrical air conditioning unit.
A vacuum pump intakes air from a closed environment resulting in a pump process that is positive discharge with no high pressure, whereas an air compressor intake air from an open environment and compress the air with high pressure.
The Main Difference Between Wet Pumps and Dry Pumps

Water-based wet pumps use water to seal or lubricate. Oil-based pumps use oil. Dry pumps use PTFE dry polymer seals instead of water or oil. A dry vacuum pump may also have a diaphragm to keep the swept gas away from the mechanism that pumps.

A dirty filter restricts the air flow into your HVAC systems air handler. This restricted air flow places additional strain on the air handler fan motor and could, over time, burn out the motor and cause your system to overheat and ultimately fail.
A 2″ pleated air filter should be swapped out every 3 months. A 3” pleated air filter should be changed out every 120 days. A 4″ pleated air filter should be exchanged every 6 months. A 5” or 6″ pleated air filter ought to be replaced every 9-12 months.
Most cabin air filters can be replaced in less than 15 minutes without tools, although some take a little longer and may require removing fasteners that hold the glove box or interior trim panels in place. If you need help replacing your filter, check with your local auto repair shop.
During winter, you need to have your HVAC filters inspected and replaced monthly. By doing this, you will improve your indoor air quality and the lifespan of your HVAC system.
Dirt and debris in your filter can obstruct air flow, increasing the workload of your cooling system. By replacing the filter regularly, you can reduce wear and tear on your air conditioner while allowing the free movement of air for improved indoor comfort.
Using the vacuum pump to remove the r134a will do the same thing as just dumping it directly into the atmosphere. If you cannot move the vehicle and only want to dump it, you really need to be careful of the r134a freeze burning you as it decompressed out of the system.
Vacuum pump oil is essential in keeping your vacuum pump operational. It lubricates the pumping machine, while also collecting contaminants and moisture from the evacuated systems.
Having too much refrigerant in your AC can damage the compressor. This can happen because the excess refrigerant will likely collect inside the compressor and cause subcooling, wherein temperatures are below normal. Furthermore, the extra refrigerant can flood the compressor and damage its mechanical parts.
Experts say that excess refrigerant in an overcharged residential or commercial AC unit will collect inside the compressor and cause subcooling, resulting in extremely cold temperatures that can reach sub-zero levels, Air conditioners aren`t designed to handle sub-zero temperatures.

Vacuum Problem My dirt devil vacuum is losing suction and keeps clogging. All the dirt keeps sticking to the screen by the filter and then it would stop working. Also the hose does not have a strong suction power either. So what can I do?
ANSWER : The Bissell can have several filters in it, depending on the model. Some have a round hepa filter that is covered with a foam sleeve. This filter is located at the bottom of the dirt cup. Others have a foam filter that is located under the dirt cup in a pull out drawer. Also, they can have a cylindrical separator above the dirt cup which can be removed and washed. They are usually a blue plastic and you reach in and turn it a 1/4 turn counter-clockwise to remove. If your machine has the hepa filter, when you remove the dirt cup, the filter is at the bottom and you turn the bottom 1/4 turn and the clear housing will come off to access the filter. You should also check the small filter on the machine just below where the cup sits. This will only be there if your machine has the hepa filter on it.

ANSWER : Check to see if the when you squeeze the trigger, the rod is hitting the reservior asm(tank sits on). If not then there is a problem inside the handle and the rod. If it is hitting, then the reservior asm. is bad. Also make sure fluid is coming out of the tank when you push the vavle in at the bottom of the tank.
