\015 The vacccuum is working fine until I put the Hepa filter into the spot in the vaccuum. When I do it emmitts a loud sound like something is constricting tubes. All tubes are clear. I have taken the cover off and everything looks fine, I sumize that the problem is with the plastic cannister when i put it into the vaccuum.. \015 I changed the bag, it’s in properly. cleaned out the few things in the brush, used a pipe cleaner to reach up under the brush and pulled out little hunks of dust and debris. The attachment hose is sucking, whether it’s in tool mode or carpet mode. But in carpet mode the brushes aren’t spinning. This vacuum was consumer reports most recommended and it’s amazing, I’m moving out of a rental home and need this ****** up and working ASAP. Please help!
